• Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes. 
• Prospecting, qualifying, stakeholder/supplier management, developing RFQ's and proposal, as well as issuing purchase orders. 
• Provide procurement advice to the team to determine the products and services that are fit for purpose using the key sustainability pillars; social equity, environmental protection and economic viability.
• Working as a team player and leader by ensuring day to day tasks are effectively carried out and completed. This is done by liaising with other stakeholders that are involved to ensure a win-win situation.
• Analyzing and research of current and potential suppliers to understand the availability of products and also negotiate best prices without compromising quality and required standards
• Assessing the total cost of purchasing goods for the company by using the procurement functions in order to understand if there could be further cost reductions
