Joshua hopes to be able to employ his sociology and management skills in the workplace while also acquiring a solid understanding of art and management. He is fascinated by the influence that religion, sociology and culture have on human resource in terms of their productivity. By learning fresh information that broadens his perspective on comparative religion, sociology, culture, and management, Joshua hopes to enhance his international career in this field. His enthusiasm is based on the idea that Human resource management is effective if religious education become a household topic in every firm and also serve as a cornerstone of good business practices in every business enterprise to support the growth of each organizations and channel the growth to increase the level of workforce productivity in National GDPs. Joshua tends to equate his management skills on project/programs, educational platforms resulting in socioeconomic progress, a secure world, community growth in terms of their basic needs, and other developments in line with the SDGs. He seeks employment in positions that allow him to contribute fairly to improving access to better life for mankind.
