• Educate and screen post-partum women within 6-48 hours after delivery with the use of hemocue hemoglobinometer to rule out post-partum anaemia
• Counsel the eligible women with HB less or equal to 9.9 into the research study
• Enroll and randomize the participants into the study using Sealed envelope software to determine their eligible treatment option (Intravenous ferric carboxymaltose in drip OR Oral ferrous sulphate in tablet)
• Perform venipuncture on study participants for blood sample collection
• Follow-up service and monitoring of all the participants using Redcap software for 6 months duration
