                .     Sechedul running hours maintenance activities which includes general
                  overhauling on W20V34SG WARTSILA GENERATOR 9.8 megawatts
                   plant in occordance  with OEM guideline         
                .      Ability to  carry out daily inspection on WARTSILA W20V34SG engine parts
                .      Maintenance And servicing of pre-chambers and general part replacement
                .      Engine  lube oil management ( lube oil consumption through dip stick 
                       readings), general house keeping.
                .      WARTSILA W20V34SG GENERATOR colling system operations and maintenance
                .      Servicing of Charge Air Cooler and  Starting Air compressor
.      Predictive maintenance measures which includes cylinder head tightness, crankshaft hot deflection measurement {use of
transducer}, valve height measurements.

Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.
