• Assisting in the interviewing and hiring process, Training new security officers, Resolving issues between officers and others within the facility, Ensuring the highest level of service is rendered at all times, Motivating, evaluating and supervising staff members offering suggestions when necessary, Delegating work between staff members and maintaining discipline among Officers.
