         The Real Eagle Hospital And                             Maternity Home.

  • Provide companionship to elderly and disabled clients.
  • Communicate with physician and client family to help meet the client needs.
  • Create client chart.
  • Bathe, dress and undress client that cannot help themselves.
  • Feed patient who needed help.
  • Take and record temperature and blood pressure.
  • Run sugar test and administer medicine to normalize it.
  • Observe and report unusual conditions.
  • Help patient walk and move around.
  • volunteer .                                                             Volunteer home carer.
  • Take care of a diabetic patient who was blind.
  • Performed house keeping duties, and meal preparation.
  • Help to place her on diet avoiding rise in regular sugar.
  • Keep her company and make her feel good about herself.
