Certified data analyst and research expert, holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from the University of Calabar, Nigeria and Master's degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria.

With over a decade of experience, I have been instrumental in delivering diverse programmatic interventions within the development sectors and educational institutions. My expertise spans several areas, including Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), Data Analysis, Research Project Management, Capacity Building, Stakeholder Engagement, Knowledge Management, and Strategic Communication. Currently serving as the Research Lead under the Family Health International (FHI 360), National Aligned HIV/AIDS Initiative (NAHI) project in Nigeria, I actively supported the technical team in proactively harnessing project-wide experiences, data, and lessons to create compelling publications.

Prior to my engagement with FHI 360 in Nigeria, I held roles with various national and international organizations, including Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative, UK's Department for International Development (DFID) in Nigeria on Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria, Cross River State Nigeria Erosion & Watershed Management Project, and the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB). In these capacities, i provided technical support in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research for Public Health Interventions and Educational Project Evaluation.

I am highly skilled in researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information into compelling narratives which have significantly enhanced program visibility.

As a highly analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights and research, I believe that my skills and over 10 years of experience make me an ideal candidate for this role.

In my previous position as a research and statistics consultant at Global Fund-NAHI Project, Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) Abuja, Nigeria, I carry out research and statistics activities and functions with the Senior Technical Advisor-Prevention, Research & Learning to develop, implement, manage, and conduct research studies within the NAHI project relating to prevention, care and treatment of PLHIV, key population, harm reduction and AGYW. Makes detailed evaluation, and observation, analyzes data and interprets results using quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques. Investigate create and develop new methods and technologies for project advancement. 

I served as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and data analyst consultant for Cross River State Nigeria Erosion & Watershed Management Project (CRS-NEWMAP), Calabar, Nigeria, I was responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to help inform guided decisions. My expertise in data visualization and statistical quantitative and qualitative analytical tools such as SPSS and Atlas.ti allowed me to effectively communicate complex findings to various stakeholders. 

I also played the role of research and education consultant at Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) Lagos, Nigeria were I accomplished research support around a situational analysis of current context and systems for assessing leaning outcomes in both public and private schools in Lagos, Nigeria. Additionally, I have skills for report writing, instrument/tool development, online survey design and monitoring and evaluation of projects. My ability to work independently and as part of a team has helped me meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
