•              Prepare weekly, monthly project work schedule in conjunction with all project supervisors of our projects

•              Follow up to ensure compliance with approved project work schedule.

•              Pre-approve of all site request before forwarding for the MD’s approval.

•              Responsible for coordinating the materials and Labour schedule with the QS.

•              Close supervision of the activities of the project engineer, contractors and suppliers.

•              Conduct safety inspection on daily basis.
