Promoting the company and its products to Medical Doctors, Hospitals and Medical Clients.
Built market positions for the company by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.
Work to grow the customers base of the Company, 
Nurtures and improves customer relations with the company.
Work with the marketing and Sales Lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentation
Undertake sales and distribution of the company's products within the designated territory to meet or exceed the assigned sales revenue target.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators.
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective customers, schedule and follow through on calls with Leads and currents customers.
Responsible for sales territory mapping, planning and management.
Work closely with the Sales Lead and Reps to meet consumer’s needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Collate and provide daily call reports, as well as weekly and monthly of sales efforts in market sales territory.
Stay informed about the activities of health services in my territory and report to the Sales Lead. 
Collate and Perform other duties as assigned by the Area manager.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
Expert level knowledge of department processes and product to serve as the first line of support in resolving internal and external customer issues.

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Developed in-depth knowledge of company products and engaging Doctors to increase prescriptions in the territory.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Product improvements and changes to ensure that products meet current market needs.
Preparing benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
 Optimized sales by achieving 100% of sales target quarterly.
Optimized revenue stream by achieving 100% cash collection of sales made for the quarter.
Work with the Distributor/Distributor sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory.
Van Sales Representative/Open Market Sales Representative
Inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff
Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell-out, Focus Brands, NPD listing, POP deployment, promotions etc.)

Achieve sales drivers (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price/promotion) objectives for the territory.
Manage and review the activities of the Secondary Sales Force in assigned territory
Work with Area Sales Manager to develop Joint Business Plan of customers in assigned territory.
Monitor and manage execution of all Promotional /launch/ agencies activities in assigned territory.
Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
Timely and quality of execution of trade and marketing activities in assigned territory
Achievement of Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price/promotion targets.
