As a practical practicing and professional Project Manager with an extensive knowledge of Architectural designs, Construction, 
Project execution and management, I feel that I would be well-suited for the role.

I had worked on different projects in the past and most notably, I developed Conceptual/Schematic designs, Working Drawings, work schedules, Project execution plan, interpret drawings such as Architectural, Structural and MEP, interface with both main and sub-contractors, approved construction methodology,work plan, interface with other professionals such as Structural engineer, services engineer etc.

During my period of project execution, I was able to minimize cost by developing a practical working model to check all expenditures as against the contract bill of quantity.

As demonstrated by my experience in previous projects, I have passion for project management and always strive to deliver projects within stipulated duration. With my practical knowledge of Project Management, I believe that I will add more value to your company and I see the position of Project Manager as a next step in my professional career.
