Examine incomplete or over numeric account number for immediate correction before sending to the office accountant.

Compiled and merged the entire participant’s Names for quick payment. 

Disallowed replacement of participants who worked from who didn't work.

100% Successful payment as those that were likely to fail were resolved before pushed for payment.
