An experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, I have spent most of the last 15 years creating practical solutions with high precision on planning processes for managing Engineering Projects and Maintenance activities with a diverse team in complex and highly regulated environments across the oil and gas sector. A Maintenance Planner with a progressive experience and a track record in strong leadership, innovation, and a hand on approach to project management focused on creating bespoke plan and deliverables utilizing industry best-practice and leading-edge software to deliver higher performance that meet or better schedule, cost, QHSE requirements at the lowest risk for stakeholders in major oil and gas companies such Shell PLC, Chevron, Addax, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and ADNOC Offshores. Key strengths include mastery knowledge in project life cycle and process from concept, FEED, EPIC, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of complex system. 

Extensive Experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Planning of Oil and Gas Assets in remote and hostile flowstations, gas plants, export terminal and FSO. Highly organized and diligent professional drawing upon over 16 years of experience in planning and scheduling functions.

Proficiency in oil production wells, multi-phase pumps, water injection system and wells, multiport selector manifold, pig traps, export pipeline and Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Planning of Reciprocating Rod pumps or RRP's (Beam Pump), PCP, ESP, Static (Heat Exchanger, Column, etc.) & Rotary Equipment (Pumps, compressors, turbines).

• Lead and support a dynamic team of Maintenance Engineers, Schedulers and Planners, Work Preparers and Crew Leads within the Maintenance and Operation Team, and liaison between Operations and Maintenance Managers and Site Managers to provide a truly integrated maintenance planning service to ensure objectives and timescales are met.
