* HCM Modules implemented are Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Self Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Recruitment.
* I have also participated in project planning as well as controlling an entire implementation cycle using AIM and OUM implementation methodology.
* I have outstanding expertise in gap analysis, application design, application configuration, application, customization, and personalization.
* I have also participated in fresh implementations as well as upgrades from older versions to newer versions of the above mention application.
* I fully participated in a client’s total business re-engineering process.
* I facilitate training to users and support staff.
* I have the ability to assist in providing solutions to enable clients to derive maximum benefits and total flexibility of the functionality in the above-mentioned ERP Applications.
* I have been involved in a number of HR and Payroll fraud investigations especially with Government clients using biometric technology
