World-Bank/European Union Funded. 

 Report Directly to the Project Coordinator on ICT deliverables, Procurement, Deploying & commissioning to all Activity Executing Agencies of the Rivers State Civil Service.
 Developed annual Project work plan, Procurement Plan, and Disbursementplan from 2012 to 2020 
 keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit 
 Developed and ensure maintenance of the IT inventory of each MDAs. 
 Assist all MDAs in the Procurement, deployment, management and maintenance of the Rivers State Government ICT infrastructures, Configure and distribute ICT equipment, servers, and printers, including training and retraining sessions for civil Servants in all MDAs, 
 Maintain all network infrastructures (routers, switches, and Access Points) including LAN, WAN, and San switches in the State ICT centre. 
 Troubleshooting and updating computer firmware as needed. Identify and correct problems with the network as they arise, ensuring connectivity of all required hardware, including laptops, desktops, phones, and Biometrics access system at all times.
 Update Internet security software at all times and makes sure systems are free from viruses and spyware.
 Assist with computer-related questions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
 Install and set up computers, and related I.T equipment including Printers, Windows, MAC OS, and any necessary software, setting them up on the network domain, etc.
 Periodic IT up-to-date to ensure date alignment with global TNS requirements (Software, hardware, policies, training, etc.)
 Developed and ensure hardware checks, repairs and maintenance policy (e.g., replace a hard drive, upgrade memory, etc.).
 Oversee the development of Technical specifications, and work closely with the procurement Chief to ensure IT-related equipment and infrastructure are procured rightly.

 Advice the Project Coordinator, Suppliers, entrepreneurs, Consultants, Contractors and other Beneficiaries on all aspects related to the procurement of goods, Consultancies and services under World funded project.
 Prepare the Annual procurement, Work and Disbursement Plan for the Project.
 Architect and execute the MS Azure infrastructure and manage system performance

 Lead Field Engineer Who Provided Technical/I. T/GIS administration support and Field Engineer during the Rivers State Government Ten (10) years Socio-Economic survey in all 23 LGAs of Rivers State for Rivers State Government funded by the World Bank.
 Designed, Trained and conducted a survey to Monitor World Bank Projects and contracts. (URL can be found below).
 Management of all MDAs in all 23 LGAs of Rivers State for the SEEFOR Project. 
 Consulted, trained personnel, and Supervised the Project Closure Monitoring survey of over 50,000 Projects of the SEEFOR Project in Rivers State, Bayelsa, Delta & Edo States Respectively and was completed in due time.
 Lead the development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and Performance Monitoring Plans.
 Supervise the data collection and management process from primary data sources (implementing communities and farmers) to final reporting to ensure quality.
 Conduct periodic data verification exercises and provide feedback with recommendations for improvement.
 Maintain a strong presence onsite to provide effective surveillance and monitoring of construction activities.
 Ensure all detailed engineering drawings and designs are accurately followed on-site to avoid errors or rework in construction activities.
 Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities in the plant and estates etc.
 Directly Oversee the Procurement of I.T equipment of the various Ministries, Agencies and Departments
 Administrator on the World Bank Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement (STEP), World-bank Procurement Website to transparently Monitor and administer Procurement of Contracts for the Rivers State Project Office
 Provide and designed ICT requirements for Procurement & provide Support to the Procurement office in the preparation of ToRs, RFPs, and EoIs for the engagements of contractors, Consultants, and Business Processes and Evaluation reports.
