 My work on the LSETF/USADF Agent Banking Training Programme and the Lagos State Graduate Internship Placement Program has been instrumental in ensuring their success, fostering skill acquisition and bridging gaps in employment opportunities.
The LSETF/USADF Agent Banking Training Programme was designed to enhance equip graduates with industry-relevant skills and provide them with internship placements that would enhance their employability and equip them with necessary skills to operate as agent bankers. My involvement in this project spanned across several key areas, including project planning, stakeholder communication, mobilization strategy, and onboarding. I played a pivotal role in developing stakeholder proposals, meticulous planning, strategic stakeholder engagement, and effective resource management.; I was deeply involved in ensuring timely delivery and setup of vendor services and technical support.

As the Conference and Exhibition Coordinator for Digital PayExpo Conference, I was responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of the event, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. My role encompassed a range of critical functions, including the development and execution of the event roadmap, aligning with the overarching goals of Digital PayExpo, managed communication and coordination with speakers, ensuring their presentations, schedules and logistics were well-organized. Facilitated the acquisition of exhibitors and vendors, ensuring a well-curated exhibition floor.
Also, I managed exhibitor logistics, including booth allocations, setup and overall exhibition experience, acted as a liaison between sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations were met. I worked closely with teams handling creative design, marketing, and production to develop engaging content and graphics, supervised the on-site coordination, ensuring smooth event flow and troubleshooting issues as they arose, through my strategic planning, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, I ensured that Digital PayExpo was a well-executed and impactful event for all stakeholders.
