Approximate rate: ₦ 25,000 per hour

Experience

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
     
  • Involve with administrative task during staff performance appraisals
    Managed record filing and files for the HR Unit
     
  • Updates and maintain  office policies and procedures
     
  • Daily report writing to the Managing Director using the ERP software
     
  • On-boarding new employees and guide them through the induction process
     
  • Updating databases internally, both physically and digitally
     
  • Order office supplies and provides new staffs with appropriate working tools
     
  • Maintaining physical and digital records on employment contracts
     
  • Liaise with executive and human resource personnel to handle requests and queries from senior managers
