My name is grace kadiri. I'm a competent, passionate and skillful customer service personel.

I've be trained professionally, undergone some courses that has helped me in being a great customer service personel with years of experience.

Some of my skills are, ability to use various CRM softwares, ability to provide customer retention strategy, excellent communication etiquette, skilled in generating customers satisfaction and loyalty to a brand/business.

As a customer service personel I have worked in various places and one of the amazing experience Is my ability to understand customers needs, desires, complaint, dis-satisfaction, and pain point.

In doing this, I've been able to provide solutions to customers needs, and dissatisfaction which has aided in advancing the growth of that organization because, a satisfied customer will definitely be a returning customer.

I graduated from the prestigious AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY EKPOMA EDO STATE.

I studied educational management and graduated with a second class upper.

Also done with my NYSC.

Along side having some professional certificates on customer relationship management.
