. Helped customer resolve problems with their service providers, problems such as payment issues, network issue, failed or wrong transaction etc.

. Actively Listened to customers inquiries, requests and complaints and proffered immediate solution.

. Updated customers on the neccessaries and followed up with them to make sure they were satisfied

. Assisted Customers in navigating  MyMTN App.
