I have built up significant experience over this period in IT Helpdesk support. This
experience has given me a great deal of knowledge concerning IT support and the
maintenance, functioning, and protection of computer systems. I have also interacted
with many users, assisting them with their technical issues such as Password reset, laptop setup, assigning of license, laptop configuration, etc Thus, I am proficient in
both the organizational and technical aspects of being a System Engineer. In
particular, I have been able to help many users streamline and integrate their
software and network services, installing devices, and improving the functioning of
all aspects of their internal computer networks.

Currently working as an I.T administrator in vessel net integrated.
