Experience
Administrative/Compliance Support
- Ensure proper filing and accessibility of documents both hard and soft copies
- Organize weekly team meetings, consolidate weekly workplan and take meeting notes
- Update team activity plan and leave tracker
- Share minutes of meeting and Action points with the Team
- Prepare Request for Cash Disbursement (RFCD) for vendors payment
- Custodian of Work Order Tracker for construction contracts
- Follow up on vendors payment with the finance and support stock count with procurement team
- Support travel and logistics arrangements for staff, partners and visitors
- Under the supervision of the project managers, manage the preparation, coordination, and execution of special technical events, such as trainings and meetings
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in program trainings and meetings as required.
- Assist in compiling concise quantitative and qualitative reports, case studies, Success stories etc. on a monthly, and quarterly basis
- Support in contract management for contractors and vendors
- Data entry for Various projects

Master's in development studies: Federal University Dutse Jigawa State Nigeria.
