Nigeria, Morocco, and Botswana lead in limited liability companies, crucial for employment. Alarming trends include high female unemployment and 52.22% inconsistent electricity access impacting economic growth. The analysis notes a 12.36% increase in unemployment between 1991 and 2021. Recommendations include investing in limited liability companies and providing job-ready skills training for youth.

This project exemplifies the seamless integration of Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server On-Premises to construct an interactive dashboard, facilitating comprehensive data analysis for informed decision-making. By leveraging advanced dataflow Gen2 techniques and establishing an On-Premises gateway connection, raw data from SQL views was transformed into actionable insights within Power BI Desktop. Emphasizing performance optimization, Import Mode was favoured over DirectQuery, ensuring efficient data processing. The resulting dashboard not only provided a holistic view of AdventureWorks' performance but also laid the groundwork for future data-driven endeavours, showcasing the project's pivotal role in driving informed business strategies.
