I can also work in adverse situations as I have faced such kind of circumstances before, I know how to recognize and promote the skills of the members in my team, I have the decision making power, prior to taking any decision, I have the clear idea of the consequences of having made that decision, I know how to grip the mind of a customer, I am an efficient person who is motivated by challenges: with the ability to accomplish any task put before me  with little or no supervision, I also pay attention to details.
