More than twenty (20) years experiences in instrumentation and control in fertilizer/NH3/Oil and Gas Plants:
- Conversant with management decision tools e.g. gap analysis principle, fish bone analysis, theory of constrain, root cause analysis, pareto analysis, cause & effect diagram,5-why analysis etc
- Conversant with gas/steam turbine instrumentations and logic control of PLC.
- Conversant with vibration probes, temperature monitoring system, magnetic speed pick up and settings in synthesis gas compressor, air compressor, refrigeration compressor and gas turbine instrumentation.
- Capable of coordinating all instrumentation activities in fertilizer, ammonia, oil and gas plants s etc.
- Planning and monitoring all instrumentation loops, P&ID, logic drawings, flow diagrams, data and instrument sheets, gate formations and construction activities for projects and maintenance activities
- Capable of training personnel on the jobs.
- Calibration/Servicing of instruments like switches, probes, control valves, transmitters, gauges etc.
Experience
