In my previous position as a Receptionist/Customer Care Representative at Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. Port Harcourt, I maintained an efficient and friendly work environment while serving discerning clientele. I am good at problem solving and I work well independently with little or no supervision. I am neat, organized and I work with passion.

During my one year National Youth Service as a Receptionist/Customer Care Representative at Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. I developed many skills that greatly assisted with the company’s rapid growth. I was tasked with Keeping Records of Sales and Transactions, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Providing Professional Customer Support, Responding Promptly to Customer Inquiries and Complaints, Interacting with Customers, Identifying and Meeting their Needs. I was liked  by my boss and colleagues for my competence and positive attitude to work.
