About Eyitayo Adenipekun:

I am interested in genomic surveillance of antimicrobial resistance and virulence determinants of pathogenic bacteria in hospital-acquired infections. Also,  dissemination of multidrug-resistant pathogens among animals, environment and humans with relevance to one health using highly advanced tools of genome analysis and NGS.
