I am an healthcare assistant who is so passionate in taking of old people. I  worked at icare centre for the elderly as an healthcare assistant. Where I document intake and output electronically,improving the mobility of patients around the premises,working with nurses to evulate patients care plan,keeping patient record and medical information in line with patient confidentiality laws,measuring patients weight,preparing the patients for therapy,diligently follow infection prevention and control policies in keeping patient's room,ward and the entire home environment clean.
