  • Developed a reporting dashboard that increased efficiency by reducing the time required to pull revenue reports by 40% for an enterprise-level B2B product.
  • Oversaw vision implementation, system design, communication, testing and deployment of a SaaS platform for SMBs from concept to launch. 
  • Collaborated with Marketing team on Knowledge Base, created 8 articles that resulted in increasing user awareness and proactive support by 10%
  • Gathered and prioritized customer and market requirements to inform product validation and development decisions.
