I have outstanding math and analytical skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing proficiently. Poor communication is the blame for many problems with construction work and having good communications skills will help to eliminate many of them. 
I have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to put together and lead an construction team. I have a great eye for detail and very strong problem solving skills making it possible to figure out potential problems before they occur. This makes it easier to find solutions for these problems before they hinder the project. My experience includes estimating costs associated with every aspect of the job including inspecting the site, procurement ofmaterials, labor costs and supplying the equipment needed to complete the project. I also have experience surveying the land beforethe projects even begins.
My great organizational skills help me handle more than one project at a time while meeting all deadlines.
