Key duties and Responsibilities:
 I provide support for logistics functions by monitoring and managing activities of and drivers
and dispatch riders.
 I attend to all registered orders by both old and new clients to ensure quality and excellent
service delivery
 I track and monitor the progress of all orders up to the point of delivery.
 I ensure that all clients requests/dispatch riders/drivers are attended to as fast as possible
within the shortest time.
 I prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all activities to enable the company plan, predict
and publicize for organizational progress
 With my knowledge of HSE, I ensure all HSE policies and procedures are well implemented
 I ensure adequate information are disseminated as well as strict compliance with company
policies.
