Emmanuel Oguntomi

Emmanuel Oguntomi is a skilled monitoring, evaluation officer, and research associate.

As a monitoring and evaluation technocrat, he supports group antenatal and PHC management capacity strengthening interventions across RMNCAH+N care continuum with data monitoring, analysis, triangulation, and visualization, across the 10 BMGF intervening states in Nigeria.

He is seasoned researcher with expertise in qualitative research design. He has contributed to research in the domains of public health, public policy and administration, education, and economics through research assistantship engagements.

He has co-authored four scholarly publications in renowned international journals which demonstrate the depth of his scholarly research that transcends both international and national communities. His  research interest include, among others, economic growth, international trade, and rural and global health.
