Looking for new challenge 

I worked with Marie Stopes International, Ghana as a Public Sector Strengthening Officer (Midwife) in the Upper East Region where I was basically in charge of facilitating, training and building the capacity of Ghana Health Service selected Staffs in family planning service provision, safe abortion,Medical emergency management, Incident management, stock management, reporting writing promoting social and behavior change communication relating to the adoption of appropriate maternal and child health and sexual and reproductive health services. Covering their knowledge in every expert of midwifery role and responsibilities, Online communication on how to manage emergency and incident as well.I have in-depth knowledge on conducting pre and post assessment clinical assessment pertaining midwifery roles using the NMC guidelines. I worked with Ghana health service shortly from 2019 to 2020 as a locum midwife before joining Marie Stopes International Ghana. 

I have conducted delivery and managed emergency-related to maternal and neonatal health. I also have a better understanding of the socio–cultural, socio–economic and political issues affecting maternal and child health and sexual and reproductive health services and how to overcome it using sustainable social and behavior-change communication strategies in training and facilitating. Having knowledge and better experience in research and have played roles as researched assistance for CLCD and data Enumerator for WFP severally. Therefore, make me ideal person to  in your organization 

 I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Midwifery from the University for Development Studies, Tamale  in 2021. With a license from NMC Ghana to practice as a midwife in Ghana. 
I have 3 and have year working experience related to midwifery and safe Abortion,family planning and reproductive health services.
