Plans, Analyses and makes Raw and Packaging Material Purchases Based on Production Forecast.
• Sends out RFQs based on requirements and specifications.
• Ensures Procurement process transparency and alignment to organization’s policy
• Negotiates with vendors for best prices of materials while maintaining quality goods/services at all times
• Raises Purchase orders based on the material requirements covering acceptable periods. 
• Draws up a schedule for Raw and packaging material call off based on periodic needs 
• Investigates the market to identify market trends and perform research to determine how appealing opportunities therein are, thereby identifying areas of potential saving.
• Relays information to Procurement Team Manager, taking reports from management term into consideration at all times.
• Creates forecast of demand from sales forecast, prepared for upcoming requirements

• Participates with the New Product Development department in vendor evaluation and online approvals for packaging materials.
