I’m a corporate and commercial lawyer. I have an exceptional interest in business law and policy making as regards business, law Hence,this underpins my interest in legal and academic writing . it’s my desire to extend my knowledge in the demanding problems faced by the business industry in Africa and in the world globally, especially in the quest of making decisions that have implications  and can challenge the status quo and create solutions. I have the burning desire to learn the fundamentals in business policies and strategy through synergetic research and innovations in the business world.

This strong grasp to learn the interrelationships between business and law propelled me to perform excellently in  my professional exams in Nigeria in Corporate administration and Governance.

During my undergraduate days in the University of Ibadan, I took up courses like commercial transactions and wrote articles on taxation and finance.

I         Arranged for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules  based on customer’s financial institution

ii. Lias with  Zonal and field managers  to recover debt for the company

iii. Ensured  that the company at all time in compliance with the relevant statutory  and  regulatory requirements

v. Engaged legal advisors and defend the right of legal advisors
