With a diploma in Computer technology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and over four years of experience in financial payments technology, I have honed my skills in technical support, Strategic thinking, and User-centric Skills where I had the privilege of working and contributing to great projects.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid fashion/clothmaking enthusiast. I appreciate the work-life balance and believe strongly in a smooth blend of personal passions and professional pursuits for overall success and fulfillment.

Experience

I started my career as a customer service representative/ receptionist and redeployed to POS business support and projects. Then as a collaborative team player, I thrived in POS business Development, Digital Transaction Monitoring, and Technical Support. My current job develops a product from an idea in the Agricultural ecosystem, wallet management, and other payment system.

Education

The year 2004 to 2006, I had  Diploma in computer technology, then from 2008 to 2013 studied  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

While fully employed, I went through personal training on Product Management First Steps” by Doug Winnie!  June 2023, Fintech - Digital payments (cards&POS) Tools and strategies April 2023, Introduction to Scrum May 2023  and POS payment and settlement resolution May 2016
