Am an experienced, dedicated and results-oriented Application Implementation and Support Engineer with a strong background in deploying and maintaining complex software solutions.   • Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to create a comprehensive knowledge base for both internal teams and clients.
  • Define and document User Acceptance Test UAT case scenarios/ plan for application fixes in liaison with business function and ensure all application changes are change managed
