Am an experienced, dedicated and results-oriented Application Implementation and Support Engineer with a strong background in deploying and maintaining complex software solutions. Proficient in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance of applications. Seeking a challenging role to leverage technical expertise and customer-focused approach in delivering exceptional support and driving client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and business objectives, ensuring accurate configuration and customization of software solutions during implementation.
  • Provide timely technical support to clients via various communication channels (email, phone, remote sessions) to troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
  • Acted as a liaison between clients and development teams, advocating for client needs and contributing to product improvement 
  • Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to create a comprehensive knowledge base for both internal teams and clients.
  • Define and document User Acceptance Test UAT case scenarios/ plan for application fixes in liaison with business function and ensure all application changes are change managed
