  I am a customer experience manager with a year and half experience and empathy has always been my watchword in the line of my duty.

I enjoy music and cooking during my leisure time. 

My professional experience ranged from 2021 where I first served as a Quality Control officer at a Bakery where I ensure the safety and production quality are not deviated.

  In the year 2022 I later moved to Prudential zenith life insurance as a sales executive where I advise, sell and engage customers of the bank regarding life insurance products.

Currently I serve as a customer experience manager at Union bank.
