With 5years of experience in clinical Nursing, I have had the opportunity to work at various units and Organizations.
• Firstly I have had to work in a Community Healactivities.th care setting with assisting in the individual, family and community in attaining their highest level of holistic health, and to also provide and promote healthy lifestyle choices through education, public awareness and community outreach activities.
• Secondly i worked in a school as a School Nurse, where I was able to;
✓ Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness.
✓ Develop health plans for students with chronic illnesses and disabilities.
✓ Educate students and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene.
✓ Detect health problems in early stages through regular screenings.
• Thirdly I worked in a Multi- International Company at the site Clinic having the opportunity to care for the staffs on-site and off site. Some of the roles includes;
✓Provision of first aid to their employees and contractors.
✓Supporting their Drugs and Alcohol Policies including testing. 
✓Advising on health issues and promoting health on sites. 
✓Develop and implement health and safety programs.
✓Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
✓Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
✓Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
✓Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Lastly am currently working with a Secondary Health institution, where I have been posted to various units such as the Medical ward, accident and emergency Ward, neonatal care unit, paediatric unit and surgical ward. Some of the roles and responsibilities I have assumed are; 
✓ Managing acute to chronic health issues and assessing and evaluating individual patients requirements. 
✓ Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all administration and documentation related to patients care.
✓ Administering scheduled medications and therapies intravenously, rectally, orally, subcutaneously and intramuscular injections.
✓ Strong administrative skills including nursing care plans. 
✓ Providing care and support for elderly and younger patients.
✓ Being able to prioritize workload and delegating of duties to appropriate persons.
✓ Deploying new electronic charting and medication administration best practices at facility. 
✓ Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. 
✓ Ability to deescalate stressful situations.
✓ Assessing, observing and interactions with patients. 
✓ Ensuring tasks are completed such as checking vital signs, conducting preliminary examinations and charting information.
