Experience
I began my career in Nigeria in the year 2007 as the PA to the CEO at an I.T. firm, where I worked tirelessly to ensure the efficient running of the CEO's office, managing his appointments, trips, reports and handling other office and staff related concerns. Then, in 2011, I resumed as the Admin & Finance Assistance in the aviation industry performing administrative duties and special projects, of which I secured a promotion and a new role in Sales in 2015 due to my top performance during the previous 3 years within the company. During my role in Sales, I still maintained top performance within our Sub-saharan region and provided trainings for other colleagues within the region. During my time in the I.T. and aviation industries, I dabbled into some HR responsibilities, of which I found quite interesting and challenging. Hence, my interest in a career change to HR, which also has lead to my taking several courses in HR and my seeking a role in HR.
Education
I have a B.Sc in Management from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A and a minor in Safety Sciences. I graduated with an overall G.P.A. of 3.69/4.0 and a graduation honours of Magna Cum Laude.
