I am an intelligent, hard-working, highly motivated, and good-natured person. A dependable professional with the ability to work well both independently and in a team. Has boldness and vision.

 

I have over 3years of experience working in the Information Technology Department, currently, I am working as an IT support with Ecomarine Terminals, Cross River, Calabar, Nigeria. I ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, evaluating teammate performance, and ensuring the smooth running of all IT infrastructure hardware and software/programs. I also bridge the gap between upper management and staff.
Previously. I worked as the IT support at Ecomarine Terminals, cross river, Calabar Nigeria of the company as a serving corp member and also an IT HelpDesk Team support where I developed a regular report on helpdesk contacts, ensured that service levels were met, identified trends, made recommendations for service improvement provided budgetary recommendations to management for service growth.
I have passed through stages as an IT support before serving as a corp member and I have learned and contributed to the development of ICT in various companies I found myself.
