Time management, planning, leadership, and the capacity to swiftly adjust to new situations are just some of the talents I have honed via my experiences in customer service, volunteering, and travel while continuing full-time education. Growing up in a business-oriented environment and being able to efficiently interact with clients across phone, chat, email, and in-person has provided me with valuable insight into what it takes to empower employees, clients, and effectively run an organization.

In a world where technology is always evolving, digital literacy is essential, and I am always keen to improve my skills. My degree studies and employment opportunities have allowed me to develop and refine my digital literacy skills through roles such as technical support, sales associate, customer service, product expert, and seismograph interpreter, all while operating applications such as IBM SPSS, Citrix, ThinScale, and SmartLook. My travels, personal interests, and experiences that go beyond digital literacy and into the Arts (visual, literary, performing) have sparked my interest in social media, linguistics, scriptwriting, songwriting, and more.

My enthusiasm for learning and cultivating new, effective ideas, as well as my interpersonal skills, have been and continue to be valuable assets in my pursuit of my goals.
