Barrier breaking Maintenance Engineer with hands-on skill in mechanical, electrical and pneumatics.

I am an energetic barrier breaking Maintenance Engineer with hands-on skill on mechanical, electrical and pneumatics (Multi-skilled). These afford me the better stand to properly manage your industrial equipment at customer’s facility (ies).

I am skilled in soft and hard aspect of industrial engineering management which entails management of people, equipment and materials (spares or inputs).

I started as a multi-talented Line Technical Support Technician with Nigeria Bottling Company (Coca Cola); where I troubleshoot and fix line equipment malfunctions, installation of new plants and overhauling. I grew to the position of a Maintenance Engineer with Frigate Group.

Highlights of my duties include but not limited to;
• Repair, installation, and setup of process equipment/unit
• Maintenance planning and implementation in line with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the execution of planned maintenance tasks during and after planned maintenance time (PMT)
• Develop OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Maintenance Work Breakdown Structure (MWBS) and Total preventive Maintenance (TPM) and see to its logical completion.
• Implement administrative tasks such as daily, weekly and monthly reporting, budgeting, and designing strategic plans to improve the facility.
• Track and request for spares to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure proper maintenance part supply, cost etc. in accordance to specifications.
• Drive the maintenance and reliability initiative focused on preventive & predictive maintenance, not reactive.
• Periodically evaluate the improvements in reliability and maintainability of the equipment and help raise the efficiency of the Plant and Product Quality.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance work, budget utilization, staffs, and plan for modifications/kaizens. 
• Encourage teamwork, improve employee morale, recognize hard work, and make the workspace a creative environment, safe and productive.

I bag an Advance Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with B Tech. in Agro Economics. I am conversant with alteration or substitution of inputs to attain preferable outputs
