Collated relevant statistical data to provide reports of outstanding daily settlements to merchants. Liaised with third parties such as Unified Payment, Interswitch, ARCA for issues on delayed credits and reports on behalf of merchants. Resolved customer (internal and external) complaints by investigating and developing solutions, making recommendations as required. Reconciled and processed merchant settlements at the end of each event period.
