Experience
I was professionally responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executive of the company. I prioritized emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events as an executive assistant.
As a customer service representative, I worked with clients who had complaints, orders, or require information about properties/services purchased from the company. I was able to provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
