I’m a Data Analyst with extensive experience in Program Management and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) of health care in Nigeria, with technical competencies in managing programmers, bilateral project and interventions on RMNCH, WASH, Nutrition, Education, Child protection, HIV/AID, TB across various international development sectors. I possess demonstrable expertise in institutionalization and strengthening of M&E systems, performance monitoring, research, development &implementation of project ToC, MEL Plan, DQA, QoC, application of Collaborative Learning & Adaptation to strengthen governance and accountability structures. Experienced in stakeholders engagement, capacity building. Assist in development and review of National tools that has improved HMIS and health indices in Nigeria. Over years demonstrated expertise in the use of data analysis packages, visualization and presentation. Currently, the Data Analyst with Palladium International for the Nigeria Integrated Health Program (TO3), a USAID-funded Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition, and Malaria (RMNCH+N and Malaria) program for Health Systems Strengthening and Health Financing where I lead M&E activities in USAID-Integrated Health Program.

Provided technical and assist managerial oversight on tracking of result framework to overall project goal, provided implementation guidance and assist facilitated high level meeting that resulted to policy review and impact interventions: using evidence data. Assist developed and update USAID Integrated Health Program MEL Plan, worked with technical team to ensure realistic target setting for Bauchi, systematically document project implementation performance, assist provide oversight to MEL team (MEL/HMIS Specialist, KMC Specialist, and Data Analysts), build capacity of team for overall data improvement. Lead development, dissemination, and application of M&E processes and tools. Lead analyses of results and ensure that lessons learnt, and best practices are captured, synthesized, reported, disseminated and in collaborates technical teams, incorporated lessons into ongoing interventions and innovative interventions approaches.
