As a backend engineer, I have several years of experience working in the technology industry. I have a strong foundation in software development principles and I am skilled in designing, building, testing, and deploying software systems. My experience spans across a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, and Docker.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have honed my skills and allowed me to develop a deep understanding of software architecture and design. I have experience working with large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs. I am also skilled in data modeling, database design, and data analysis.

In addition to my technical skills, I have excellent communication and collaboration skills. I enjoy working in a team environment and am able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a backend engineer, my most relevant education includes the software engineering program at Semicolon Africa. During my time at Semicolon Africa, I learned the foundational concepts of computer programming, data structures and algorithms, and software development methodologies. Additionally, I took courses in database management, operating systems, and computer networks, which have been particularly useful in my work as a backend engineer. I also participated in several coding projects and hackathons during my time at Semicolon, which provided me with hands-on experience in software development and project management.
