I am drawn to a well organized self functioning legal framework where roles are simplified to enhance effectiveness. Work ethics are a high priority in my legal analytic work with businesses, companies and start-ups.

My years of legal practice in Nigeria has helped me to acquire the the following experiences through giving my professional service to the various companies that I have worked with: 

• Conducting legal research and investigation into complaints, claims, and lawsuits
• Dispute/Resolution management
• Examining existing legal framework and policies of the company 
• Drafting and revising legal policies as needed
• draft and review contracts and other legal documents
• Liaising between HR, external counsel and management team
• Tracking and maintaining  legal resources and processes
• Make legal recommendations and reports as required
• tracking compliance matters

I obtained BL degrees from Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Nigeria in 2014

My LLB degree certificate was obtained in Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 2016 and I became a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Also, I received training in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2015 and this has been the bedrock of my law practice.
