Job Description 

-Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory goods
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens and mixers
- Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies
- Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

-Supervise and training of a new intake

-Farm management and waste management

• Hotel store keep

- Formal training in baking and HSE with certificate 
- On-the-job training and apprenticeships

Higher National Diploma in Environmental Biologists.

National Ordinary Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology

Health, Safety and Environment.
