2. Provide Administrative supports for day-to-day office management.
3. As a Program Officer, I support the project director achieve the project objectives.
2. Assist trainees to recognize and leverage their strengths and minimize weaknesses.
3. Ensure all training requirements (assessments) are submitted on time.
4. Proper monitoring of UNHCR and BRSA Project effectively on daily bases.
5. Provide Logistics and Administrative support to program staff during the workshop.
6. Direct, supervise Logistics assistants (Drivers) and arrange their trip plans.
7. Ensure periodic Project Vehicle maintenance and provide oversight of Vehicle Logs
Vehicle maintenance.
8. Coordinate all operations related activities of Project.
9. Keep petty cash funds in safe and provide periodic petty cash reports.
10. Update Project operations file and staff contact list and drafting of budget for event.
11. Tracking Project pending actions, including following up/ remaindering concerned staff. 12. Processing and reconciliation of accommodation and hotels bookings related payments.
