 Resolve Outlook problems
Responsible for maintaining Branch Server Rooms
Manage Branch Comms equipment
 Provide 1st level support to all business applications in the Branches.
Work with service providers / Network support to resolve link issues
Maintain all hardware deployed to the branch
 Install all IT Infrastructure for the Branches
 Provide 1st Level Support for Hardware
 Manage desktop service
Call software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products
Certify Branch Roll-out
 Maintain Inverter and UPS
 Ensure clean power supply to IT infrastructure
 Ensure Preventive Maintenance of generators
 Supervise cabling of new branches
 Provide Sockets and other power accessories
Troubleshoot faulty UPS and determine fault
