About Blessing Bello:
I currently work in the Supply, purchase, and budgeting unit of the Administrative Department of Alerzo Nigeria limited in Ibadan, Nigeria; a business-to-business organization that receives products from manufacturers, stores them in warehouses and delivers to customers through the logistic arms all encompassed in technology. In this position, I am responsible for the development of administrative budgeting, purchasing of warehouse daily needs, monitoring the distribution and deployment of such for effective service delivery and operational optimization. My key achievement in this role includes planning and developing budgets for smooth operations, development of processes and measures within the system for vendor management and sourcing with market survey analysis to manage fluctuating market prices of products. I equally manage the external affairs of the organization which are regulatory agencies specific.
In the Administrative Department, I manage 37 warehouses with 16 administrative officers whose report I analyze and review with management. Equally, I coordinate daily administrative expenses and needs of various warehouses.
I am a graduate of the University of Ibadan with a degree in Psychology. This discipline further enhanced my zeal to work as an administrator.
My effective communication, team management, project management and administrative management skills are what I intend to bring on board for continuous development as I usually update myself with every platform to learn for continued development and improvement on the job.
